If any parameter or management guideline listed here does not meet your individual approval, we respectfully advise halting further booking processing.

2. Reservation & Billing Protocol

All premium suites are allocated based on dynamic availability schedules. To ensure a confirmed luxury stay setup:

• Guests must present valid Government-approved photo identity cards (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) during physical check-in. PAN Cards are strictly not acceptable as address proofs.
• Direct booking benefits, custom tariffs, and seasonal discounts communicated by our central reservation office require immediate token authorization to secure allocation.
• Tariff scales do not account for external partner services unless explicitly documented on the premium confirmation invoice.

3. Standard Check-In / Check-Out Timelines

Our premium property enforces structured operational timelines to maintain absolute cleanliness and room preparation standards:

• Standard Check-In Hour: 12:00 PM (Noon) onwards.
• Standard Check-Out Hour: 10:00 AM.

Early room occupancy or extended check-out adjustments are strictly subject to dynamic suite availability parameters and may involve customized retention charges defined by our concierge desk.

4. Property Safety & Guest Conduct

To preserve the elite boutique environment overlooking the Naini Lake, all staying parties are required to follow standard premium hospitality discipline:

Any structural damages inflicted on the luxury automation tools, premium linens, custom woodwork, or design fixtures during the timeline of occupancy will be charged directly to the guest's billing folio. The hotel premises maintains strict compliance with local eco-sensitive mountain zoning laws.

5. Limitation of Hospitality Liability

LakeSide Inn Nainital functions as an independent boutique hospitality brand. While our concierge aids in organizing local sightseeing options via verified regional travel operators, the property management assumes no direct liability for scheduling updates, weather fluctuations, or road closures across the Kumaon sector.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

Any transactional operational conflicts, administrative arguments, or legal disputes emerging from website parameter processing or room occupancy will fall exclusively under the judicial authority of the competent courts in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
